The Tempus Drive collaboration with Sucasa Design is a stunning example of West Coast Modern Contemporary architecture, perched on the mountainside of Yarrow with breathtaking views of the Fraser Valley. This home demanded a sleek, modern approach that embraced clean lines and sophisticated materials, while still allowing the family's unique personality to shine through in the subtle, curated details. The result is a seamless blend of form and function—elegant, yet deeply personal. Captured beautifully by Upper Left Photography, the space feels connected to its natural surroundings, offering a serene, yet contemporary living experience.

The Sandstone Drive project is a secondary suite renovation infused with mid century modern style, designed to bring fresh elegance and functionality to the space. Clean lines, warm wood tones, and minimalist decor elements define the aesthetic, while carefully selected vintage-inspired furnishings provide a nostalgic yet contemporary appeal. The design maximizes natural light and enhances the suite’s flow, creating a welcoming atmosphere that’s as stylish as it is comfortable. Designing the Leathem Townhouse in the charming community of Fort Langley was an absolute pleasure, especially getting to know the owner and collaborating to bring her vision to life. One of the standout features of this project is the kitchen, which defies the classic all-white trend with its warm hues and elegant brass finishes. The space is further elevated by honey-toned marble, which drenches the room in warmth, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. This townhouse is a perfect reflection of the owner's style, blending timeless elegance with cozy, lived-in comfort.
